Entrance level
Minimum Bachelors or Masters in relevant areas.

Language
The course language and the literature is English.

Certification
A certificate will be issued for those parts that have been successfully completed. Please see for more information the overall course format.

Accreditation

• Psychologist: 40 points (NIP: eerstelijnspsychologie-behandeling)
• Psychologist: 9 points (NIP: eerstelijnspsychologie-diagnostiek)
• Social worker: 8 points (BAMW: registerpunten vrije ruimte)
• Clinical psychologist: 42 hours (Klinisch psycholoog (BIG) - FGZP: 42 contacturen)
• Psychiatrist: 20 points (NVVP)

Costs
This course is subsidised by the Netherlands ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. Therefore the we are able to offer the course for a reduced price of € 2,750 per person.

The course fee includes:

• 6 overnight stays
• 8 days full board (3 meals + coffee/tea breaks)
• all training materials

The course fee does not include:

• travel costs to and from the training venue in the Netherlands
• all costs related to the optional field visits (travel expenses, accommodation, vaccinations, visa, insurance).

• General introduction: 27 September – 1 October 2010
• Workshops: 4 – 6 October 2010
• Fieldwork: 15 - 20 November 2010
• Reflection meeting: 11 December 2010

Applications will be accepted only when received by mail or fax. After receiving your application you will be notified as soon as possible if you have been selected to participate in the course. You will receive an invoice for the costs.
Applications from outside The Netherlands will be considered definite once your payment has been received by Cogis.
 

Conditions

• Payment: The costs will need to be paid within 14 days after Cogis sends you the invoice.
• Cancellation by the participant: Should the participant wish to cancel, he is obliged to send Cogis a written notification (mail or fax). Cogis will regard the reception date as cancellation date. In case of cancellation the following charges will be imposed:
  - until 1 month before the starting date: 35% of the costs
  - until 2 weeks before the starting date: 50% of the costs
  - within 2 weeks before the starting date: 100% of the costs.
  In case the participant will not be able to attend the course, he can consult Cogis about replacement by one of his colleagues.
• Cancellation by Cogis: Cogis reserves the right to cancel the course in case of insufficient participants. Participants will be notified ultimately 3 weeks before the starting date. Amounts paid will be refunded. Should Cogis decide to offer the course at a later time participants will be informed.
